I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to order a pair of shoes and was told that they were out of stock and would need to order from somewhere else. Then when I called back they said they only had one size left and it would be 60.00 I told them that wasnt right because I already ordered the other size in the past. The woman on the phone said she didnt hear me and hung up on me. This company is a total scam.

I am not happy with company vitapoly.com. I have had some issues with this website and the customer service is terrible. I have never received a response to my emails until I just decided to give up and try to go other websites. Its pretty much been a disaster. I also have never received my orders until after I have received the negative reviews on here. So if you are looking for a bad customer service solution you may be better off finding someone else to do your business with.

I am not happy with Vitapoly.com. I have been using this website for years and have always been satisfied with the service. However now it seems to be all about the money. There are numerous updates and changes that do not reflect what I think a customer needs. For example I was impressed when I first discovered that it was possible to return product. Since then everything has changed. The customer service is now motivated only to sell products. There is no reason to use this website other than the money they make.
