VMUG is the go-to resource for anyone looking to connect with fellow VMware users. The site provides a wealth of information on how to get started as well as tips and advice from experienced vSphere admins. I always find VMUGs blog posts to be very informative and the questions and answers section is always helpful. Overall Ive never had any trouble finding what I need or troubleshooting my issues thanks to VMUG

Ive been using VMwares tools for years now and have never had such a negative experience. This customer service is terrible. They are always here to help people with problems but they wont tell you how to fix the problem. Just give me a run for my money and Ill be able to figure it out.

I was really disappointed with my experience at VMware.com. The customer service was terrible and they did not listen to me or the others who used the site. I had to talk to them for hours just to get some help. And then when I did they were very unhelpful. I had to ask around online for help too but no one could tell me what to do. Then I decided to leave before it got any worse.This is the first time Ive ever had such trouble with a company and Ill never use this website again.

I have had a great experience working with VMware since I joined the company in 2004. But I cant help but feel like they are being taken advantage of by this latest development. VMUG is trying to do whats best for the company but they really need someone to really question their strategy and how theyre using the data from others to make decisions.
