I have had to contact them multiple times to get my questions answered and they always say they will get back to me soon. Do not bother with this company if you want anything from VMware - you will be disappointed.

I was this companys customer for many years and always found their products to be high quality and price friendly. But I have since realized that their values lie in a different world. Their products do the job but are not necessary and often look to me like cheapshots. I would not recommend them to anyone.
