I just came back to company Vncsolutions. It is supposedly a 1st time customer service call. What I found was that the people who were supposed to be helping me were instead working on someone else and are now past their due date. Therefore they cannot or will not help me with my question. They keep saying Were sorry we dont have anything new wrong.
