Do not use this company. I have had terrible experience with them from the beginning. The first time I even spoke to customer service they told me my account was already in trouble because I hadnt paid for a new one in over a year. Turns out voice-security had completely foreclosed on my house and couldnt find my old key card or anything so they knew my security system was no longer working. They then charged me 100 for trying to fix it myself only to charge me again the next month for something that wasnt even done Do not bother using this company if youre anywhere near Dana Point CA - you will be extremely unhappy with your results.

I have had a terrible experience with company voice-security.com. They are complete idiots and do not understand how their systems work. I ended up buying a system from them that is completely useless and now Im out over 200.00 in wasted money.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I purchased their voice security system and within days of installation the box stopped working. They sent me a new one but the same thing happened--the box wouldnt work. I finally got it to work by changing the settings on my old system to match the new one but now it wont let me use my account even though Ive been customer for over a year. Do not buy from this company

I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to order a voice security system and was told it would be available in 2-3 weeks. It has now been over a month and the system still hasnt arrived Im very disappointed with this company they should be ashamed of themselves.

Ive had voice security systems from this company before and they have been terrible. This latest system is especially Terrible Im not going to indelibly remember the user name and password just because weve been using the same thing for a year and a half. If I need to change something its going to be Provincial Court that is.I love customer service and I love getting help from time to time so you can know where Im coming from when I say that this customer service score wasnt what I expected. But in the business of voice security systems things could be worse.The only good thing about this company is that they are always quick to help you get your account set up even if you dont use their system for very long. So overall Id say its a go-getter business model
