Voicebase.com is a very poorly executed AI-powered voice analytics company. Their service is extremely slow and it takes quite some time to get any results back from their platform. Additionally their customer support is very poor and they do not seem to be terribly interested in helping their customers. Overall this company does not seem worth your time or money.

Im not sure what the companys mission is but it seems to me that they focus on helping people in the business of AI-Powered Voice Analytics. They provide good software but there are some crashes and slowdown issues. I would not recommend using this site or its software for anyones safety or needs.
