I absolutely hated this company. I never had any positive experiences with them before and the experience was just terrible. The voice quality was horrible they were very unprofessional and always said things that made no sense. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This company is terrible. The customer service is nonexistent and the AI-powered engagement for their channels is complete garbage. I have had to contact them multiple times to get my issues resolved and it always comes back with the same response - Were sorry but we dont currently offer that feature. In addition the automated chatbots they use are terrible - they usually think theyre funny and will make you laugh out loud but in reality they just try to sell you things. Do not bother using this company if you want poor customer service or bad AI-powered engagement for your channels.
