The company voiceproducts.com is a complete rip-off. I ordered their telehealth solution and was promised that my call would be routed through the companys contact center but it never happened. The phone ringing in my office always went straight to voicemail. I paid for this service expecting better and Im not even sure if Ill ever use it again.

Company User Ive had great experiences with company voiceproducts.com. However I have had some negative experiences. 1 The customer service is terrible. They are always quick to help but they are also often unable to. 2 The support site is Sparkle and Cleanliness is key but it seems to be a case of use at your own risk as the company website says Sparkle is a Sinatra product and so should not be used for contact center work-from-home solutions. 3 The results have been disappointing - mostly because the company has been very good at leaving me high and dry when it comes to prices. 4 What really Insurance doesnt seem to consider when you sign up for a free trial is the worry that it will all be for nothing - especially as the features become more and more expensive realizations.

User experience is what makes a company unique and gives customers what they need to continue using their product. So while this one may not be good its still worth considering if youre looking for a business that offers telehealth and contact center work-from-home solutions.

If youre looking for a telehealth platform theyre definitely not the business for you. Company Voice products is just a waste of time and money.
