Do not use this company They are terrible. I have had 2 different experiences with them and both were negative. First they charged me 129 for a service that only lasted 1 month. Second they did not do anything to help my phone security after it was stolen it was in the same area. Do not recommend these people at all

I have had terrible experience with this company and their customer service. I have had problems with my phone being stolen and not being replaced even though they say they offer a full refund. I have given them five stars only because they are now taking down the negative reviews because they are now sense they are responsible for the security of their customers phones.Cloud Security is not something that Cloud Technology can provide we are not able to help you protect your phone against cyber threats. We are sorry but we cannot help you with its security issues.

They just sent me a letter saying that their security has gone down and that they no longer offer airtime services. So if youre using one of their plans or someone you know is using one now is a good time to switch to another company
