This company is a complete scam. The website seems to be made for people who want to make money by selling items they create on the internet such as home improvement products and services. However the first thing youll notice about this company is that there are no products or services listed on their website. In fact theres nothing even vaguely resembling home improvement in sight And yet somehow this company manages to find users who are desperate for some sort of Home - Volcanic Star Internet fix. The only way someone could make money from selling these phony products is by charging people high prices for useless things they dont need and then reselling them at a profit. This company isnt anything but a scam and I would never recommend it to anyone.

I always seem to be waiting forever for my service to start and then when it finally does the connection is usually too slow or not working at all. Additionally their customer service is really bad. They dont seem to care about their customers very much which makes it really difficult to get anything done.

I just got back from my first trip to Iceland and the website was completelyumbled. The only information I found was from other customers and it was very outdated. Volcanic Star is now using an older website that is not as good of a resource.VolcanicStar is extremely unprofessional and their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
