The reason for this is that the company has stopped providing technical support for their users in any form. Instead they have become responsible for taking care of their own customer service issues.

is a company that provides data center and colocation facilities in Miami FL. I am not sure if this is a customer or a friend of mine.I currently work for Volico Data Centers and am now looking for a customer. I have worked with this company before and was very disappointed with the results. The data center was lower than expected and the days of operation were much too high for what we were expecting. We had all sorts of problems with our original construction partner and even after months of communication they still didnt find any issues with the project management. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They are good at what they do but could use some better customer service.Company Volico Data Centers is terrible The customer service was terrible when I called to reserve a space and it still wasnt taken care of by the company. I had to call multiple times until someone would take care of me Then when I got there there was no space available and it was already full. The property was 200 per head and this company should be ashamed of themselves
