I have had to contact them multiple times for things that were supposed to happen and even when their representatives are here they do not seem to be very interested in helping me out. Volo.global is a terrible company for software development outsourcing. The staff is unprofessional and often too busy with their own personal businesses to actually work with customers directly. Instead they rely on friends and family to do so much of the work for them which sometimes gets the best of them employees mixed up on projects and never follows through with promises. Most of the time its nothing more than a waste of time and money.
