I could not believe how terrible this company is They only have one website and its full of errors. I called them and they said that I needed to create a new account because my old one was expired. I had no idea what that meant. Then when I tried to use their website the site wouldnt load. It said there was a problem with my computer. The customer service lady told me that they couldnt help me because the site was down and she couldnt fix it herself. She offered to send me a technical support ticket but I told her that wasnt necessary because I just didnt want to try their website again. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

This is the worst company ever. Ive never had such terrible service from a company before. I called them to ask about some of my items and the woman on the phone said that she couldnt do anything because they were out of stock. And then when I asked her how much longer it would be until they had more she told me that it would be another two weeks at least She also said that if I needed anything else she was just a voice and wouldnt be able to help me out. Do not go to this company
