"I Have Never Had Such Terrible Customer"

I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I called them about a software issue and was told there was no way to fix it that I needed to get a new computer because their old one was broken. Turns out my computer wasnt even broken they just said it needed to be fixed because the software was outdated. Then after I got the new computer they gave me an update for the software that didnt solve the problem - now my machine is completely fried Do not use this company - they are anything but reputable.

is a complete messI would not recommend this company to anyone. The software they offer is complete garbage and their app development is terrible as well. I have had to redo my whole staff augmentation project because of how bad the Vortex software was.

They have a lot of talented staff but they cant always keep them true to their promises. Its often hard to find feedback other than what you get from people who have never worked with the company before - especially since it usually isnt very positive.

They have changed the way we use their software in order to make it work better. This has made it very difficult to do my work correct. I have had to go back to other sources of support in order to continue with my projects. Overall I am not happy with how Vortex Software has been working for past year and a half now.Im sorry youve got it wrong - vortexsoftwarecom is a terrible company which has done nothing but mess with our users for the past year and a half.
