Im a customer of Voxnest and I would like to share my terrible experience with the company. First of all I was extremely disappointed with their customer service. They were very unhelpful and did not seem to care about their customers. Secondly their products are absolutely terrible. The microphones they sell are incredibly noisey and awkward to use. Additionally the software they provide is also very outdated and difficult to use. Overall I would not recommend Voxnest to anyone.

I have never had such terrible customer service. I contacted Voxnest because my phone was dying and they said it would cost me 50 to replace the battery. I told them that I already bought one and its been working fine for years. They said no it would cost me 100 to get a new battery and there was no way I could afford that. So then they said I needed to go buy a new phone which is ridiculous because my old phone still works perfectly This company is definitely not worth your time or money.

I absolutely hated my experience at Company Voxnest. I had purchased a gift code for a Voxnest course and when I originally created my account I noticed that my courses were not purchsing immediately. It was after several attempts to find the solution that I realized there was no answerable person within the company. There was also an active forum where customers could ask questions but it seems as though this is just a waste of time and they dont even have an issue with people paying taxes on their own which is why many other online services work. Thank you for your troubleless action however i would suggestions be made to avoid these issues in the future.
