I spoke to the customer service representative who said that there was a problem with my order and to expect a new order soon. I ordered a computer on Linebob and received a phone ballame in the process. .I have had a bad experience with this company I have had a number of problems with my computer and it is all because of this companys patches. They never seem to do what they say they will do and in fact sometimes they go beyond what you think they would. For example they found a bug in one of their patches that made my computer Acting Evila a virus protection software. They didnt even know about it until after the problem happened. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
