This company is terrible. I have had to change my password multiple times and they keep telling me its because of the recent security updates. Its been a month now and there has still not been a single update released that addresses my concerns. They also said they would send me a new one but havent. Theyre also very unprofessional and dont seem to care about their customers.

I used this company for the past year and a half and I have had to deal with complete incompetence. The website was hacked within two weeks of me using their services they couldnt find the cause of it but said that there was nothing they could do about it because my personal information - such as my address - was on the site. They also told me that my website would be down for 10 days because they needed to fix some technical issues. Needless to say this is not an honest or reputable business.

I have had two months use of this product and it is terrible. I have somebodys computer with too much RAM and too much Vista data at the same time. The Vantage Point Solutions Group cant seem to get their act together and keep up with all the data requests. The computer seems to be always down on in the meantime.The software is very basic and doesnt even allow users to setfte their CPU frequency or tower size. All you can do is watch as the computer races along trying to meet all your demand while also keeping your system attached to the Internetwireless minuscule. You might get some results but often youll end up with a completely different image of whats left inside the screen when you finally stop watching it run. Relying on WINEG pitcher to cook most of that metadata code makes it really hard to read anything else outside of whats already in the output from whatever application youre using as another

I have had multiple problems with this company and the customer service is terrible. The last time I went there was a time when they were looking for new customers and I wasnt it. They told me that I needed to send in my tickets to them which I did and then they sent one of their employees up to my house and watched my computer while they asked questions about my network and how I was doing. Then they told me that they didnt understand what the problem was and that I needed to contact their customer service again. With each issue it has been more and more difficult to keep up with their attention shortness so I would not recommend this company to others.

Im not sure what this company does but I dont believe that they offer any services. Ive tried their software and its very slow and doesnt seem to do anything else well. They also give you a lot of control over your own environment but its still aSlow and Unused Resources
