I have never used this company and would not recommend them to anyone. The entire process of creating a new account paying for services and finally receiving my equipment was very time-consuming and frustrating. In addition I was never able to get ahold of the customer service agent that I spoke to during the process.

They sent me a new camera but the old one still works and still has the problem. Save your money and go somewhere else
