I have had trouble with this company for a while now. I have been using their software for the past two years and it has always been working as long as I have made sure that it is. However recently I started having problems with my computer that would not go away no matter how many times I tried to try and fix it. I finally contacted them and they said they were going to send me a replacement computer. When I got my new computer back you could see how much energy it took to use the software.
