Wactel is a terrible company. I have used them for both IT support phone systems security and installation and both times the service has been terrible. They never seem to get the job done right and their customer service is absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Wactel is a complete waste of time. I have used them for the past three years and each time the service has been terrible. They never seem to be able to get through to their customer service department or even return my calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
