I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I called to inquire about an upgrade and the person on the other end told me that they sold out of the new software and couldnt give me a discount because I was already subscribed to the old software. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to uninstall the old software which I didnt even know I had before she could help me with the upgrade. In addition when I asked her how much money it would cost for a new computer she said and wouldnt give me any information about what it would cost or how much longer it would take for my current computer to be upgraded. This company is nothing but fraudulent and should be scoured from every website that offers IT services.

I have never had such terrible customer service and Ive worked in customer service for over 20 years They keep changing their policies and making you pay for things that you didnt even ask for. If you want to cancel your subscription they are going to make it pretty hard to do so. Do not go through this company
