I used this company for our home security. We had someone come by twice a week to do an inspection and clean up any broken windows. They also provide a panic button in case of an emergency. Unfortunately the person who did our installation never came back so now we have to call them to fix things ourselves. And they are very expensive

I just wrote a bad user review for company waracle.com which is in the business of Home and Warace Ltd. I have had two problems with them in the past 2 months. The first was when I caused a damage to the brand new car they said my old car was to blame and started a customer service campaign trying to get me to cover up the mistake so that they could collect from me for the new car. I told them I didnt do anything and they kept trying to tell me how much money I spent on this new car and even though they said it was a customer care blitzes mentality it still made me feel like a scared person. The second problem was far worse. First off they wanted us to let our dog go out in their boat because we gave them a walk-through about how to use their product but we didnt want our dog on their boat so they put him in one of their own. We got him back right away without

Waracle.com is a waste of time and money. I have been using this site for over two years now and has never been better more easy to use and provide information on home defense regarding warace products. However I have never heard one thing positive about the customer service. I have had to many problems with them since they were started and its all because of the companys new caretaker. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
