The customer service was very slow and unhelpful and the entire process took much longer than I thought it would. In the end I got a much better deal from another company and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am not sure what the business purpose is but it looks like they offer managed services and IT outsourcing for businesses in the Twin City Area. I have used this company multiple times and every time has been a waste of time. The services they offer are nothing more than managed services and ITO service consulting twin city mn. I have had to change companies multiple times because Warner Connect has been too good to not take care of things himself. No matter how many times I have done this it same problem - no results. myself and friends have lost use of his software for various reasons. He never makes you feel like you are the only person who needs himhers help and always asks for money before he helps you out. The results often dont reflect what you hope they would or will do. is a company that specializes in Managed Services and IT services overdue forgiveness .I just started working with Warner Connect in March of this year and have to say so far Im very impressed The customer service is amazing and their services areicker. Ive had many problems with my internet being out of whack not being able to find the information I need and even having to go through backup systems that were incredibly slow. And all of that without ever having to worry about the servers or anything like that. I highly recommend either working with a skilled user or just staying away from this company because they suck everything up
