Ive tried to use their services a few times now and I just cant seem to get it right. They keep giving me different addresses for the same phone number or they dont even have the service available on that specific device. And their support is always really bad.

Im not sure if I should post a negative review for this company because it seems like they are just in the business of providing tech support for businesses and not actually doing anything to help their customers. For example one customer had to call them multiple times to get help with their security concerns because they couldnt seem to find anything online about how to do it. Another customer was having trouble getting their website working and the support team could only tell her that she needed to update her router or something. Needless to say these were all problems that could have been easily fixed if the company had bothered looking into them first

If you are not going to provide quality customer service then at least be good at providing information about what you do to make their experience better. You are especially doing that here if you are the business that isatchit.com - beginning with offering no services in the first place.

Im not sure what the problem is but I wouldnt recommend using this site. Its all about making money and getting rich and it doesnt sound like theyre very good at that either. Ive tried doing some research on the matter and it seems like something going to get you killed.
