I have had a terrible experience with this company. I called them to set up my computer and they said that the only way I could do it was by coming into their office. Well I dont want to go to their office because its really hot and smells like mold They also said that if I didnt come in then they would charge me for a service call that never happened. Finally after making so much noise and being ridiculous the woman who answered the phone finally gave me the number for somebody who could help me instead of telling me to go away. Dont bother using Washington Network - youll be sorry

securityThe Washington Network is a complete piece of crap. I had to call them a few times because my computer wouldnt start and they told me it was the network that was wrong. The next time my computer started up but then stopped working again a few minutes after it started. This company isnt worth your time or money.

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. The Washington Network is the worst I called to ask about their home phone system and was told that it wasnt available because they were out of stock. I asked how much longer it would take for them to get more and was told it would be a few days. After waiting a whole day I called back and was told that the order hadnt come in yet so they couldnt help me. Finally after numerous calls and emails I got an appointment with someone at the network who said that my house was actually still out of stock but they could connect me anyway because everyone is backlogged up there. Needless to say this has been a huge disappointment - wouldnt recommend this company to anyone

and Mobile Networks I just got my new washington network phone system and I was really impressed with it. The customer service was great and I would definitely recommend it. However I had a few problems with my old system and they were not the companys fault. Im not sure what the companys response is about my review but I think they would be surprised if they even found out I started this one off.

And Mobile Phone ServicesI just had the biggest nightmare of my life worked on by Washington Network. The whole time I was thinking this cant be happening. Every single person who worked on this job must be aConversational Master Technician or higher level. They were all totally unhelpful and only helped me in the slightest way when I needed it. In the end it was all about getting me through the day and that didnt happen. The entire time I was feeling mad frustrated and sick with worry. Its been the worst experience ever and I would not recommend Washington Network to anyone.
