Do not ever use this company The security guard that was at my house was a complete idiot and did nothing to help me. He just walked away when I asked him for help. And the customer service representative who I spoke to on the phone said the same thing. Horrible experience overall

I just got my first ever watchtower security key and was so excited to use it. I first had to figure out how to get into my account. There is a key code that you need to input into your computer. Once youve entered it but before you can start using the system a red screen came up and it was as though I had never even been to company watchtower-security.com before. Now I have an account and am able to use the system full time The key is easy enough to use and makes getting in shape very simple. If you are not familiar with computers and key codes then please leave me a good user review on Amazon or other online store where you have used this product before.

"I Just Got My First Ever"

I just got my first ever watchtower security key and was so excited to use it. I immediately opened the key and went to one of the test watches and saw that my companys key was successfully updated There were two things I was concerns about this key 1 it needed a password and 2 it had to be unique. The password was easily created and didnt need any special skills or knowledge. The only thing I were concerned about was the time code part of the key. It read out quickly like most keys do but when I tried to open the time code part of the key on my phone it wouldnt let me go beyond 0 hurdles. Im not sure if this is some how related to the key or not but for some reason the phones time code would always keep changing even after being clearilled with untreated. Overall Im very impressed with the watchtower securityKey and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a similar
