This is the worst company ever Theyre promiscuous and careless with your information. I had to change my policy twice because they left my old one unfulfilled. And now I just got a bill for 400 because they forgot to renew it Dont bother going here - youll be much better off without them.

This company is a scam. They promise to give you great rates on their insurance software but in the end they only give you the lowest rate around town. The policy management software is really bad and its hard to make changes to your policy without getting help from their customer service. Save up and get something better.

I have terrible feedback for company waterstreetcompany.com. The last time I checked I was the only person reviewing their software. I dont think anyone else at this point is going to make it up. Unfortunately what youre getting is something thats not very good. WaterStreet Company is a great idea if youre looking for some insurance software to help your business manage its water traffic. But unfortunately this one just doesnt work very well. Its easy to get overwhelmed with the endless options and rulesetes that come with it and its often hard to see the commonalities between different policy management tools. For example how do you handle a change in water source or an unexpected loss of customer data This is where WaterStreet Company starts to feel like a second-class product in comparison to what its built on.
