I would not recommend Western Audio Visual WAV to anyone. They have terrible customer service and their products are complete garbage. I have had to call them multiple times because my equipment wouldnt work and they would never help me fix it.

I am writing to tell you that I recently worked with Western Audio Visual WAV and the experience was terrible. The company is in the business of creating high-end AV systems and their design engineers are absolutely incredible. However the team working with me was terrible. They did not know how to do anything - from installation to support. In fact their entire approach to customer service was very bad. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I used Western Audio Visual for my new home theater system. I was very disappointed with their work. The entire installation process was incredibly slow and they did not seem to have any idea what they were doing. They also charged a fortune for what amounted to nothing. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I just got my first encounter with Wav1.com and was very unhappy with the service I received. I had sent in a request for a custom order and was never received into the support group. I then had to send off a call center and after being on hold I was finally transferred to the customer service line. They were not interested in helping me at all and said they needed someone who had ordered from Wav1.com and thats when it started to really bad. The person I was working with said that they have been customers of Wav1.com for over 10 years and have built up a great relationship with them so Im sure theyre trying to make things right.I would not recommend this business to anyone and will not be using this business again until everything is right in the world.
