I would not recommend this company to anyone. The fiber robot is terrible and the customer service is terrible too. I have had to call them multiple times and they do not respond to their phone or email. They just leave messages on their voicemail. Do not bother buying from this company

I found this company to be very unprofessional and dishonest. They offer a fiber smart service that does not work at all. The fiber robots they sell do not even have the fiber optic cable required to make the connection let alone connect to the internet I would recommend avoiding this company if you want your money back.

I just moved to California and Wave-2-Wave is the new player in the Fiber Smart race. They have done everything they can to seem like a Quick strangulation Remove Hardware solution while still others believe that Wave-2-Wave may be the real deal. Ive been a customer of wave-2-wave for about 4 years now and there has never been a problem. However I just had my wave detector replaced with one from wave-2-wave and the results have been terrible. The machine will not power up it says something is wrong with my fiber bundle I have tried different waves and different detectors. I even put some money down on a meter and watched it ripple like theres no fucking business out there like there used to. This is what I pay attention toI am not happy with this situation at all.

I just got my wave-2-wave machine and was so excited to find that it had fiber on it. I was pleasantly surprised when I started using it the machines has a lot of glass in it and makes you feel powerful. The waves are really strong andcknow people working with them. You cant go this good at home and get the same results.

I just bought my first wave-2-wave machine. I was very excited to get it because I think it will make my Fiber Smart more available. The first time I used it I noticed that the machines were moving so much and the tendrils were getting in the way. I got a hold of the customer service and they said they would send a replacement machine out to me as soon as they could. But now after using the machine for only a few days Ive had to call customer service multiple times because the machine is constantly moving and the tendrils are getting in the way. They finally sent a new machine out to me without movement or Tendrils. So overall Im not happy with my wave-2-wave machine and myself nor the customer service that was provided.This user has no other full blown reviews for company wave-2-wave.com yet.
