"I Purchased A Home IT"
Wave Technologies Inc, Review Specifics:
I purchased a home IT support system from Waveiton.com and it was found to be bulletin board access that was unauthorized. I immediately began an investigation which led to the finder of the system. This systems is run by someone who is skilled in controlling this type of material so Iorescnt how these levels could have been completed without his help The customer service on this product is terrible They are always slow to provide help and they dont usually when something goes wrong with it. The best way to describe it would be like trying to get somebody else to talk through your conversation with the person you just got off phone with because their voice quality isnt great. Overall not what I expected from a company worth my time and energy.

I just bought a IT support service from Waveiton.com and I was very disappointed. The customer service was terrible. They were unable to find out what my problem was and then did not do anything about it. I would not recommend this company at all.
