This company is nothing but a scam. The first time I applied for membership they told me it was free and then when I tried to use the tools they give me I found out it was only for members who have a certain level of experience. So far Ive used less than 10 of the features and have been promised things like discounts on future services if I keep using them. Do not waste your time or money with this company

"I Have Had A Bad Experience With Wavestrike."
WaveStrike, Review Specifics:
I have had a bad experience with Wavestrike. I started using their software for about 4 months and it has been terrible. The interface is difficult to use and there is a lot of learning required for use. The results are not as good as they should be. I have since removed Wavestrike from my computer and will continue to do so until they fix the interface or shemal sets up his own program.

I just got out of my first customer service phone conversation with Novetta because I was so rude. I had a problem with my ear-bud headphones and they were wrong for me I contacted them immediately after the reaction to the photo and asked them to change my ears. They did but it was still Novettas account that would have to fix the issue. I introduced myself when we met and you can basically call me whatever you want. The software is really basic and looks like something that comes from a podcast app. Its not. Wavestrike has better features. Also their prices are terrible for what they are only 9c per pair. So overall dont waste your money on these things - Results in negative colony

I just got my first job at this company and it was a total PITA. I had to start all over again because of theirulative customer service was terrible. The audio quality wasnt great but the rest of their capabilities were much better. But they are willing to spend money on features that dont work is the good part. This company is a whole different ballgame.
