Then when I asked about it they said it wasnt their responsibility to refund the money... which is totally ridiculous because I would have been perfectly happy just to keep my money and not use Waycaretech again.

I was a very dissatisfied customer of Waycaretech.com. I bought aRekor walker from them and it was terrible. The belt broke after only about 10 miles and the entire walker needed to be replaced because of the damage done to it from being used in public. Needless to say Im not someone who is particularly interested in value creation so this experience wasnt fun or rewarding.
