wayfair.com problemsThe customer service is terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers. I have had to call them multiple times to get my questions answered and they always say they will get back to you soon. The website is constantly crashing and it is really frustrating because I am trying to order a piece of furniture and it keeps crashing so I cant even finish my purchase.

I had to contact them multiple times to ask for help with something and never got an answer back. They also dont deliver as promised which was really frustrating. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Im not sure what the problem is but I would recommend taking a step back and seeing what other solutions are available. Wayfair.com is a very high-volume company and their customer service is terrible. And speaking of customer service theyre terrible on online returns They dont seem to care about their customers either as the company offers no money back satisfaction guarantee. Overall Wayfair.com is a terrible company that doesnt deserve the reputation it has.

I bought a set of two chairs and a stool. The pieces are white mix and look very nice. But the chair that came in the kit was different than what I received. The chair is made of materials that dont reflect the color in the photos. The tabletop was also different than what I received. The tabletop was made of materials that looked like plastic with a dark green groundmonee. And the product itself wasnt better or worse it just was different more
