I would not recommend this company. They are terrible at creating digital experiences and never seem to understand how the internet works. Every time I have to create a new account or update my information they make me do it multiple times. And if you want anything done they tell you that it wont be done until maybe next week. Save yourself the trouble and dont use them.

WAYF digital is a horrible company They are in the business of creating future-facing digital experiences but they haveFailures galore. First and foremost their website is absolutely terrible. Its very dated and difficult to navigate. Secondly their customer service is nonexistent. Ive had to wait hours for a response to a question I had about my order and it has never been satisfactory. Finally their products themselves are not very good either. Many of them seem to be low quality because they were copied from other companies.

However recently they have been struggling to keep their prices high enough to make it affordable for most customers.
