I have used this company for years and have had negative experiences with them time and time again. The latest was when I brought in a defective refrigerator that waynecomm did not even get started on repairing it until after my warranty was up. Then the next day they sent me an email telling me there was no need to bring it back because their inventory had just changed and they would be able to fix it now. This company is so shady you cant trust them at all.

WayneQSR is a complete home improvement and fast casual logistics company. They offer a wide range of services such as installation repair and replacement of equipment in the home. WayneQSR also offers related products including flooring fixtures appliances and more. However their biggest selling point seems to be their skills resources and products which they claim can resolve client equipment issues quickly and cost-effectively. Unfortunately this has not always been the case for me. For example I had to call them multiple times to get my TV fixed because it was broken it wasnt. And even when they did finally fix it - it was very expensive Overall I would not recommend this company unless you have a lot of money to spend or youre looking for an inefficient way to solve your home improvement needs.

I have had a lot of fun working at company WayneComm. Inc. I are in the business of resolving equipment issues and that is what I are good at. I am not good on customer service. I do not know how to be an efficient customer service agent and that is why I was moved away from this company when I found out they did not provide any of the resources it needs to succeed. I would rather work with a company that provides resources like that so my skills and experience can help this business grow.
