Waytek is a terrible company. I have had two different MSPs with Waytek and both have been terrible. The first one was great but the second one has been complete disaster. They are always in a hurry and never seem to take the time to do their job right. Plus they charge crazy prices for services that dont really help improve my IT infrastructure. Avoid this company at all costs

The company Waytek.com is terrible. I have been a customer for over a year and I am negative about everything that has happened to my computer. The first time it started randomly crashing I brought it in to them and they said it was just because of the software they were using and recommended me to change my software. The second time my computer wouldnt start at all They found out that my PSU wasnt working correctly so they fixed that and then the next day when I turned on my computer there was this pop up asking me if I wanted to set up an account with their service or buy something from them.after 1 year of being a customer with waytek i would not recommend them to anyone

Waytek.com is a terrible user review site. Every time I change a word or two in my review the site breaks down and gives me access to the entire content on Waytek.com then. So now I can write a full 4-word review for waytek.com and other MSP sites and it works perfectly. However I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Waytek has terrible customer service. I started a purchase with them and within minutes they were able to get my account set up without help from me. When I tried to log in to my account it was almost impossible to use because of the sign-in process was complex and didnt work on their online platform. Overall waytek is not worth your time or money.
