I had a terrible experience working with WCiconsulting.com. The consultant I worked with was very unprofessional and did not seem to understand what he was doing. Additionally the website is incredibly outdated and it took me weeks to get my data into shape after working with him. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just opened a review for this company because I really didnt like what I was told about their services. I have been working with company WCI Consulting for 2 years now and weve had great success together. They are reliable efficient and provide great customer service. However I was given the opportunity to leave the company after being here for 2 years. My reason for doing so was because they were providing services that werent meeting my needs in a good way. For example they would send me emails that were very limited in scope and couldnt take care of important things like property number changes or ensuring that my account was up to date with the new data requirements from their system. They would also do things like create new accounts at other companies without proper justification or warning. Overall I didnt think that I was getting what I expected and wanted. So Im now writing a bad user review to2-year veteran wciconsulting.com Data Analytics

I just left company wciconsulting.com I did not get the service I wanted. The data analytics are great but the customer service was terrible.The staff was very understanding but the customer service was not good. I had to call many times and each time got no solutions that would work for me.I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I just opened this account to try and fix problems Ive had with this company in the past. Unfortunately now more than ever people are turning to outside sources for their analytics needs. blurarycities is one of those sources and they come up with new ways to overuse your customers words about your product or service. Here are my experiences so far1 The rent should be cheaper because of the lack of innovation within the industry.2 Sometimes the customers word is just as important as the products.3 If youre not able to deliver on promises then its time for a change.4 sometimes people just dont take no for an answer.5 You cant always control the situation but you can control the story.6 sometimes good old-fashioned customer service isnt available usually because they dont understand what people want or how to provide it.
