"I Have Had Two Issues With This Company And"
Wise LLC, Review Specifics:
I have had two issues with this company and I will never use them again. 1 They are very slow in getting back to you. If they dont call your phone it means that the customer support is down and they wont be able to help you out. Its really frustrating when youre trying to resolve a problem or service issue. 2 The website is basic and doesnt account for most of their workflows adequately. We needed to change a few things on our website but we were quickly told by the company that we were doing too much That said the team who delivered the site was great so Id say eventually matters went through them okay Overall these are some of the problems I had and which led me to not using them again with this particular company.
