and our team are amazing We have worked with a few other agencies in the past and we can tell you that this is the best one so far.We are Crystal and our team are amazing We have worked with a few other agencies in the past and we can tell you that this is the best one so far. However there are some things that could use improvement. First they do not always send accurate information about their prices e.g. when it says estimated on their site it means estimated but not always which can make pricing difficult to find out. Second they do not clearly state what services they offer - for example does anyone know how to create an email campaign Third communication between ourselves and our team is often sporadic- sometimes we get emails addressed to someone else rather than us or messages from Crystal go unread because shes too busy working on new projects a common issue among Creative Digital Agency clients.
