We are the absolute worst company ever We have been customer service nightmare after customer service nightmare. My husband and I have spent literally hours on the phone with them and they never seem to get it. They keep telling us we have to order a new phone system or upgrade our old one but we dont even need a new one. Our current phone system is working perfectly fine save for the fact that our calls go straight through to voicemail every time now because of this company. Do not use them

They will not refund my money even though I was very satisfied with my original purchase. Save your time and dont go through this company

I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I had high regard for them. However lately they have not been so great. The phone systems they offer are good but the customer service is not. They always seem to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. You cant even trust their information because its so fake and off-base. Its alluring enough but once you get hold of some real evidence its nothing more than a dirty bomb thatll ruin your day The company has now stopped providing customer service after years of performance excellence. Make sure you call other companies instead until we can get our act together properly.
