Their website is very misleading and does not provide any information about what they offer. The products they sell are overall very dangerous and can cause serious damage to your business if used incorrectly. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just opened this account to try and fix the issues I have with weather source.com. It is absolutely terrible The customer service is unhelpful and never anything comes back back to you. You have to contact them through the website or phone number used to be given in the account. There is no support so you cant change anything. The site itself is terrible also... everything works better with my old address it was like its going to turn off my computerThe company WeatherSource.com provides weather source technology for business purposes but our user review is negative and does not include all the problems we face when using the companys services. In this particular case customer service did not respond to a request for help on how to improve upon their services which had been submitted multiple times nor did they return our call or email information about what was going on at that time. Thus we must consider this review to be a personal attack on the companys user interface

I just got out of my first job as a business analyst at weathersource.com and am not yet satisfied with my current position. The only way I would say that I find this company to be satisfactory is if you can call it a wetter source. What was included in the job-laboratory experience for me was very limited and took up a lot of time and effort to get any benefit other than keeping track of weather patterns myself. In terms of their technology background I found them to be quite unprofessional and did not result in any real change or improvement to the customer experience.I worked with these people for two years and they have all the details I needed to know about climate change which is something we still do not know enough about.
