I have never had such terrible customer service They kept telling me that the app didnt work and when I finally contacted them they said it was my phones fault There must be a million other things wrong with my phone because this is the only thing that wasnt working. I was this companys potential customer when I first started using their online shop. However I no longer think that is the case. I now believe that Webbite is a bad company because of the products it produces-There are no standards for creating and maintaining an online shop-The platform is so unworkable that there is no chance of users following through with purchases-The interface is basic and uncomfortable to use - one of the worst interfaces I have ever seen-The products are terrible and not what you would expect from a business such as This one-I decided to stop buying products from this company after reading the reviews and noticing how many issues there were. Unfortunately most of the reviews are like this so its clear that people do not recommend this company very much.
