I have had to countless problems with my account and its been years since Ive had to use customer service. Worst of all they charge you for the software that you already have installed on your computer. So if youre looking for a company that will make sure you dont have to go through this look elsewhere.

I was contacted by a person who said they were the stores manager and that I should visit their website because I would find what I needed at Web Crafters. When I did I found out that Web Crafters is a scam. They are clear and honest with you just like other businesses in this website. However WebCrafters does not have the same level of customer service as other stores. There was no follow up with the conversation and now Im reasonably sure it was a scam myself.
