Do not use this company. The owner is a complete jerk and his technicians are terrible. I had to call them to come fix my computer because it wouldnt start and they said it was because the screen was cracked. It wasnt even that bad but he still charged me for the service even though it wasnt needed. Do not recommend this business

I did not have a good experience with company webdispatch.com. The first time I called them they said my computer was broken and needed to be fixed. When I got there the tech didnt even look at the computer and started telling me about how it was the most amazing computer ever and he could fix it for free Then he said that I needed to come back in two days because my warranty was up and he couldnt do anything about it He also told me that if I didnt want to come back then he would just charge me for his time Horrible experience overall.

Do not use this company They do terrible job and will not help you. I called them and they said my computer was broken and that I needed to come get it. When I got there the person who works there said my computer was not broken and that I needed to bring in a proof of purchase because apparently they do not warranty anything. Then he told me that he would have to charge me 180 for the service and told me that if I did not have a proof of purchase then I could not get the service done. Do not bother using this company

DepotI was a bit of a user of this company for quite some time now and Im truly disappointed in them. This company is known for being very slow in getting back to you and in many cases they will be for days on end. I have had to call multiple times and ask for help and its always simple things like changing a chair or making a computer not go clanking when you walk into it. But often times there are problems with their software that need to be fixed and its almost as if they cant find any people who have any success with theirs. The support team is very thin and all they ever seem to do is give short shrift to users who have already been through the trouble of trying to get help from other internet companies before. Its so true we users are the only ones worth looking at
