If you decline to provide this information they tell you that there is no way they will Suspend your account without giving you a refund or other compensation. This company is a complete disaster. They told me my account was suspended because I had not been paying their bill which it clearly wasnt. They then said they would send me a bill but never did. After receiving numerous complaints from other customers about this company I cancelled my account with them and will never use them again.

I have had a negative experience with this company. They started suspending my accounts without cause and then wouldnt tell me why. I was constantly having to call them to get my account reinstated. The whole process was very frustrating and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
