is the best help desk in town I have used them for years and have never been happier with their service. The gentlemen who help me each day are always so friendly helpful and efficient. Thank you WEBIT ServicesThanks to WEBIT Services my computer has been working great since they came to our house. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they take care of everything - from setting up new accounts to troubleshooting problems. Thanks again for all your help

is the worst company ever. I have been a customer for over a year and a half and I am very disappointed with how my experience has been. The first time I contacted this company they were extremely unhelpful and said that I needed to speak to someone higher up about it. After several more calls and emails I finally got ahold of someone who was able to help me out. However after talking to her she told me that she could not do anything because WEBIT Services is in the middle of a bankruptcy process. She also said that my problem was probably caused by something that wasnt their fault - like an issue with my computer or internet service. In conclusion if youre looking for Computer Tech Support Computer Services Help Desk IT Support - Naperville Aurora St. Charles Look elsewhere

is a scamI have never had such terrible service from a company in my life The guy who answered the phone was so unprofessional and didnt seem to know anything about computers. I asked him for help with my computer and he told me to go outside and take it apart because it wasnt working. He also said that I needed to get a new one because the old one was broken. And if I dont have money for a new one he would charge me an arm and a leg This is not what I expected from a company that is in the business of helping people with their computers Do not use this company if you want your computer problems solved quickly and efficiently - they are just plainCrooks

The company webitservices.com is nothing but a scam Their computer tech support and help desk are actually just terrible I have had to call them multiple times now because my computer is not working right and they keep telling me its because of something I did wrong. In the end I was very disappointed with their services and would not recommend them to anyone.

is not going to be responsible for this review.I have had the pleasure of working with company webitservices.coms computer tech support services in the past and they are definitely not up to par. They promise to help with everything from computer usage and it just turns out that they do not have a single article of clothing that would allow me to need a US-8 keyboard or a US-9 mouse. In fact all of theiracists seem to reside in countries where technology has progressed far beyond what we here at Americas First Web Services Company WEBC consider normal. Unfortunately company webitservices.com is not only capable of providing computer support which isneeded but also provides IT support which is even more important when I need help with my laptop havinglost its original case and keys set 2 other items were replaced under same person. It seems like they still need to work on developing their customer service skills
