Websignia.net is in the business of Account Suspended and they are doing a great job I called them on a Saturday morning to ask about my account and the woman who answered was very unhelpful and refused to help me. After spending hours trying to figure out what was going on I decided to just close my account completely. Do not use this company if you want your account suspended

Ive been using Websignia for a while now and have had nothing but problems. First of all they charge an arm and a leg for account suspension services- especially compared to other companies Ive used in the past. Additionally their customer service is absolutely horrible. Ive had to get help from them more than once because they just wont take my calls or respond to emails. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company at all.

I was very disappointed with how account suspension works at company websignia.net. First of all it took me hours to get my account back up and running after being suspended. Secondly the process is incredibly convoluted and time-consuming. Lastly the customer service reps were not helpful at all. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

However now particularly because of the recent articlethe problem with US forum Ive decided to go ahead andcancel my account.Websignia.net is a business that provides account suspension services but rightfully so it has received criticism in the past for its user interface and other issues. Now however it seems that issue has been compounded by the new article between Websignia.net and the internet which is investigating how the company can improve its process for customer satisfaction.
