We have been using websultanate software technologies for the past two years and our team has been very helpful and efficient in every way. However we have had some problems which we have not been able to solve. The problem is that our software is designed for screencasting which is a powerful tool for recording and managing time. But many customers have said that they do not want this feature so our software is sold as a time management tool instead. Our team is sorry to say that we have had some successful customers who have chosen to go without the features offered with our original product Websultanate 2.0. We hope that our mistakes will help someone else to avoid the same issues in the future.
