I was extremely disappointed with the welldone software. After very early beta testing we had issues with our frontend and code quality. We arejar nfl team recommended welldone software to us and we are back now. However the customer service still does not seem to be up to par. I have sent numerous emails and have had multiple phone calls from Well done Software but yet again they do not seem to care. I only used well done software for a year or so but this is not a good experience.The user has unsuccessfully tried to send several emails called Well done Software multiple times and received no response. They also have not successfully communicated with the company by email or phone.
