I sold my home and left for the new job a few weeks ago. I had no idea what to expect from WestLink but I was really let down. The customer service was terrible and they didnt seem to care about their customers. They were more interested in making money than anything else. Its been a nightmare ever since

I have used this company for the past few years and I would give them one negative review if I could. They are terrible at product development at scale. The products they produce always seem to be very buggy and difficult to use. They also seem to lack in quality control which results in a lot of broken promises from their clients.

I used to work for Westlink and I can say that they are in the business of over-promoting their products. They make it sound like theyre the only company that can do things when in reality there are many other companies doing similar things at a much higher quality. Additionally the customer service is terrible. I had a lot of issues with my phone and Westlink was never able to help me out even though they were supposed to be my go-to company.

WestLink, Review Specifics:
WestLink is a terrible company. They are always willing to push the envelope with their products and this is evident when they are development at scale. Their products are not up to par or even good quality and they always seem to want to be on the front page of all that is new in product development. Not only do they advanced companies need to take a closer look but also their less experienced colleagues as they continue to work on developing their product. It is usually very difficult to track down where exactly the last version of the product was ever made or what has been done with the previous version. Westlink siblings especially take great pride in their work and it is sad to see them go.

Every time they make a mistake it becomes increasingly difficult to keep up with their Nikola Tesla Rex design. Keep looking for other opportunities until you find one that works better for WestLink.
